In this workshop, educators will explore how reflective practice can help transform student groups into high-functioning teams within Notre Dame courses. We'll practice with hands-on techniques that guide students to analyze their own group experiences, identify key values, and translate those values into actionable norms. By focusing on reflective practice, you can empower your students to build stronger, more productive teams, as well as practice skills that will be useful for a lifetime.
