Feel Better Fast is a 4-session structured workshop designed to treat depression and anxiety, improve sleep, and manage stress. Sessions are educational, offer facilitated activities, and provide an opportunity for participants to give each other ongoing support. Participants will be encouraged to do mood-changing and stress-reduction activities in between sessions.
