Former President Jimmy Carter and former first lady Rosalynn Carter were among the dignitaries who spoke at a tribute to Rev. Theodore M. Hesburgh, C.S.C., the president of the University of Notre Dame from 1952 to 1987 who died February 26, 2015 at age 97.
