Global Affairs

The Keough School of Global Affairs engages in interdisciplinary research and policy-relevant studies informed by a quest for sustainable solutions to global challenges, a commitment to the common good, and an attentiveness to local needs, aspirations, and values. The Keough School places particular emphasis on the design and implementation of effective and ethically sound responses to poverty, war, disease, political oppression, environmental degradation, and other threats to human dignity and human flourishing. By integrating approaches, methods, and areas of study — and by elevating the study of religion and ethics — the Keough School responds to the interconnected nature of global challenges.
