At the Mendoza College of Business, faculty are committed to research and scholarship that focuses on business as a force for good. From four departments, including Accountancy, Finance, Management, and Marketing, Mendoza researchers explore real-world issues that shape modern life, from understanding the attributions and impact of ethical leadership, to gender and diversity in the workplace, to new models for addressing climate change and sustainability through impact investing. In addition, the College hosts research conferences, gathering the world’s foremost researchers and practitioners, to discuss trends in ethics, financial markets, accounting standards, and other topics that affect business today and in the future.
