Jordan's Digital Visualization Theater (DVT), a 50-foot-diameter dome onto which high-resolution images can be projected. Professors can utilize the DVT in many ways, such as immersing students within internal structures of the human body and travelling throughout the solar system.
Jordan Hall of Science is home to an extensive collection of amphibians, fish, birds, mammals, and insects. In addition, it is home to the Greene-Nieuwland herbarium, founded in 1904 by Rev. Julius A. Nieuwland, containing 268,000 specimen.
