Fresh Check Day is a mental health fair designed just for college students. Think of it like a festival with a purpose! Instead of stuffy lectures, you'll find interactive booths, free food, music, and prizes. Each booth focuses on a different aspect of mental health, covering everything from stress management to building healthy friendships. It's a low-pressure way to learn about your mental well-being and connect with resources on campus and in the community. The goal? To show you that mental health matters, and it's totally okay to talk about it. It's all about checking in with yourself and your friends, because a little check-in can make a big difference.
