When: Thursday April 24, 2025, 7:00pmWhere: St. Joseph County Public Library We also hope you will join us earlier in the day for "Jericho Brown in Conversation with Johannes Göransson and Joyelle McSweeney" at 2:00pm in the Sojourner Truth Commons of Notre Dame's 300 O'Shaughnessy Hall. A dessert and coffee reception will follow. Jericho Brown is the author of three collections of poetry: The Tradition (2019), a finalist for the 2019 National Book Award and the winner of the 2020 Pulitzer Prize for Poetry; The New Testament (Copper Canyon 2014), won the Anisfield-Wolf Book Award and was named one of the best of the year by Library Journal, Coldfront, and the Academy of American Poets; and Please (New Issues, 2008), which won the 2009 American Book Award. - Apr 251:00 PMMeet Your Museum TourThis drop-in tour will introduce you to your new Raclin Murphy Museum of Art. Join a student gallery teacher or a member of the Museum staff to explore the architecture of the building through some of its most unique spaces, revisit familiar favorites from the collection, and discover works of art on view for the first time. Meet at the Welcome Desk. No registration is required, but each tour is limited to twenty participants. This tour will explore all gallery levels of the Museum.
