Housing and Hotel Questions

When can I check in to the residence hall?

Reunion attendees can check in to residence halls beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday of your Reunion weekend and will continue through Saturday. You will not be allowed in the residence halls before that time. Check-out is no later than noon on Sunday. Residence hall keys must be returned to the hall manager upon checkout. Individuals will be responsible for lost or unreturned keys ($100 fine), per University policy.

What is provided in the rooms? What should I bring for the room?

Basic linens, towels, and a flat disposable pillow will be provided upon arrival. If you prefer to bring your favorite pillow, or your own linens, please feel free to do so. You may also want to bring your own soap, towels, slippers, flip-flops, hangers, and bathrobe. Please note that the rooms are basic residence hall rooms. The bathrooms are shared by gender, one each per floor, and will be marked with women’s or men’s signs. Based on your room location, you might need to walk a bit to reach the bathroom. Neither the rooms nor the bathrooms provide the same luxuries as a hotel room would, but you will be provided with an authentic on-campus college experience.

General Questions

What is the Golden Domers Club?

The 50-Year Club was renamed the Golden Domers Club in January 2024. The 50-Year Club originated in 1950 with the purpose of extending the annual weekend experience to all alumni who have observed their Golden Jubilee Anniversary of graduation. Alumni in the Golden Domers Club are invited to return to campus annually for Reunion, rather than every five years. Special activities are planned for the club during Reunion, including a luncheon and dinner. There is also a special induction ceremony, during which the celebrating 50-Year Class is formally welcomed into the Golden Domers Club.

Is wifi available at Reunion?

Wireless access is available in all campus buildings. Please connect to ‘ND-Guest’ for free Wifi.

Is Reunion accessible for those with physical needs?

Yes! We want those with physical challenges to have as few obstacles as possible during their stay and to be able to participate fully in Reunion activities.

Many campus buildings and facilities are accessible, and wheelchairs will be available to use during Reunion and can be requested at Reunion headquarters in the Eck Visitors Center on a first-come, first-served basis. Alick’s Home Medical: (574) 273-6000

Golf carts are not available for rent during Reunion weekend; however, they are available as part of Reunion transportation services and may be requested when arranging your on-campus rides.
