Work from Arman Kazemi and Ann Franchesca Laguna appears in Nature Communications.

Work in collaboration with faculty at Hong Kong University, HP Labs, and RWTH Aachen University has appeared in Nature Communications.  This effort suggests that all parts of a memory augmented neural network -- the deep neural network, hashing functions, and associative search operations -- can be implemented in RRAM-based crossbar arrays.  Paths to iso-accuracy have been identified.  The complete article can be found here…
