<p>The University's Power Plant is an efficient co-generation plant supplying electricity, chilled water for cooling, and steam for heating. Natural-gas-fired combustion turbines with heat-recovery steam generators, which produce energy twice as efficiently as a traditional electrical plant, replaced coal as the primary fuel source in 2019.
