Dunne Hall became the home of 221 undergraduate men in the Fall of 2016. In recognition for achieving a high level of sustainability, the U.S. Green Building Council awarded LEED Gold certification to Dunne Hall in 2017. This hall consumes 28% less energy for heating and cooling, and uses 51% less water than similar new buildings.
