Documentary Screening and Discussion: "A Case for Love"

Monday, November 11, 2024 6:30–9:00 PM
  • Location
  • Description
Students, faculty, and staff are invited to a special screening of the documentary A Case for Love. Pizza and drinks will be provided.
The screening, sponsored by the Office of Institutional Transformation, is an opportunity for Notre Dame to explore whether unselfish love can bridge the societal divide in America. A Case for Love is inspired by the teachings and writings of the Right Rev. Michael Curry, who recently completed a nine-year term as presiding bishop and primate of The Episcopal Church.
Following the screening, (the Rev. Canon) Hugh R. Page, Jr., will moderate a discussion that delves deeper into the concepts of the documentary and their application on campus and in our wider community. Page serves as the vice president for institutional transformation, advisor to the president, and professor of theology and Africana studies.
