Smarter Not Harder: Planning Accessible, Fun, and Doable Events Without Banging Your Head Against a Wall

McKenna Hall, Room B02
Have your club events stagnated? Are you seeing the same people showing up to the same traditional events? Are your events getting harder to plan? And does the effort to break through these walls seem overwhelming? This session will give you ideas — and specific examples — on how to shake up your events and make them accessible and engaging to new and old audiences alike, while keeping the load manageable for your leadership and volunteer team.

Student Liaisons: Connecting Your Club to Campus

McKenna Hall, Room 215
Whether you call them liaisons, ambassadors, or something else, your club may want to create a leadership role for current students. YoungND interviewed student liaisons from various clubs, and we're excited to help you explore what the role should look like and how to create a meaningful experience. After hearing from current liaisons and diving into our new toolkit, you'll leave with a clearer idea of what your club's next steps might be to work with current students to expand your club's impact.
