Anton Burri-Wenzel joins Notre Dame Law School as first research fellow for the Program on Law & Economics
Anton (Toni) Burri-Wenzel has joined Notre Dame Law School as the inaugural post-doctoral Research Fellow for the Program on Law & Economics. His research interests include litigation finance, class actions, international arbitration, and contracts.
Burri-Wenzel has been a visiting scholar at the University of New South Wales in Sydney and at the Max Planck Institute for Procedural Law in Luxembourg, as well as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Mannheim. He previously worked as a junior associate at a major Swiss business law firm and as an associate at a boutique law firm specializing in international dispute resolution. Additionally, Burri-Wenzel was an exchange student through Notre Dame Law School’s exchange program during the 2015-16 academic year.
Burri-Wenzel earned his BA in economics, along with both MLaw and BLaw degrees from the University of Lucerne. He is currently pursuing a PhD in law and economics from the University of Lucerne and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
