Work in collaboration with faculty at Hong Kong University, HP Labs, and RWTH Aachen University has appeared in Nature Communications. This effort suggests that all parts of a memory augmented neural network -- the deep neural network, hashing functions, and associative search operations -- can be implemented in RRAM-based crossbar arrays.
