From that cold November morning of 1842, when Fr. Sorin came to campus and found only a small log chapel, Our Lady's University has gone a long way. You have witnessed yourself the amazing growth, history, and people that make up our rich past. Together, we have re-lived the events and met the individuals that make the university of Notre Dame du Lac the premier leading institution and the powerful force for good that it is today.
